Gaggia replaced theuse of steam with a hot water jet pressure on the ground coffee, that allowed to perfectly extract all the flavors and to create that surface layer of cream, guarantee of a perfect espresso.

This year the company celebrates its 75 years, with the intention to renew the brand, while maintaining the tradition and passion for coffee preparation unaltered and, on this occasion, it renews its range of manual coffee machines Gran Gaggia.

They have introduced two brand new color shades, the red one available for the Deluxe model and the white one, the Style model, able to bring in the kitchen a touch of color and elegance. These machines are compact and are easily placed in any space.

The main feature is the ease that allow you to obtain, thanks to the pressurized filter holder, a thick and creamy coffee, along with the Italian tradition, all in just a few gestures and with the possibility of using mixture or pods.

The Gran Gaggia line is distinguished by its ease of use, thanks to the many accessories available, such as the integrated water tank and the drip tray, both removable. In the rear space to the level to place the cups, there is also a space for filters and the measuring spoon.

But the icon of the 75th anniversary of Gaggia is represented by the selection Carezza, a perfect synthesis of the blend of tradition and modernity, typical of the company.
This range is in fact inspired by the design of the '50s and '60s and therefore it has rounded and sinuous shapes and fine details.

Carezza is available in 2 models: Prestige, which has a brushed stainless steel finish that gives it subtle sheen and Deluxe, which has the front panel in stainless steel, while the lateral ones are in an elegant matte black.

In these machines, we find a number of accessories that have been handed down over the years and allow you to transfer home from the skilled hand of the bartender, such as:

Thanks to its versatility Mini - Me, whose technology is guaranteed by Krups and Delonghi, you place it not only in the kitchen but also in the office or in any other space and it is available in 5 colors, White & Grey, Anthracite, White & Red, White & Black and Black & Grey.

In addition to the automatic technology it is characterized by a particular mechanical bar in plastic, that selects the volume of water. By moving the bar you can select 7 different levels to obtain the kind of coffee that you prefer.
The pods are easy to insert and, thanks to an anti-piercing system, the cleaning is guaranteed, because you avoid splashes and stains.

The water reservoir, which passes from 0.6 to 0.8 liters is simple to remove and to clean. In addition this machine makes use of the unique Eco - Mode system, which shuts off automatically after 5 minutes, in order to reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
